Another Amazing Recipe from Ana Halsey – Healthy Chocolate Brownies That Are Gluten Free, Low Glycemic, and Absolutely Delicious!!!
1/2 C. Unsweetened Cocoa powder
1/2 C. Raw Walnuts
1 T. Vanilla
1/2 t. Baking Soda
3 T. Coconut Oil.
1 C. Agave
2 C. Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 C. Dark Chocolate chips
1/4 t. Sea Salt
– Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put all ingredients except the chocolate chips and 1/4 cup walnuts in a high powered blender.
– Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a greased 11″ x 13″ pan and then top with chocolate chips and remaining walnuts.
– Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool, and enjoy it!
